Timescales
All your orders are handmade by one person- me! As with any bespoke items, good things come to those who wait.
Ceramics is not for the impatient – and can take between 2-4 weeks for your order to be ready for shipping.
Rest assured, I will endeavour to get your items to you ASAP.
Shipping
Postage under 5kg is $20 Australia wide.
If you live in Brisbane, Australia, pick up is also available at no extra cost. Details can be arranged via email after purchase has been approved. Don't forget to apply the "BRISBANE PICKUP" code on freight at checkout.

Packaging and wrapping
When I post items to you they will be wrapped in recycled clean waste and re-purposed boxes. My intention is that you also reuse any of these wrappings. Every little bit of recycling counts.
All packages are sent via Australia Post. Careful attention is made to the packaging of orders however we cannot take responsibility for packages lost or damaged by Australia Post. Please follow the process below if your item is damaged in transit (taken from Australia Post website):
Items received damaged or missing contents
Present the damaged item and the packaging at a Post Office for a damage report to be completed (only the person to whom the item is addressed can present the item). Please note that not all of our Post Offices are able to complete damage reports. Please ask at your local outlet or look for Post Offices listed as Post Shops or Business Hubs in our locations and hours tool.
Our retail staff will submit a Customer Service Complaint on your behalf (you’ll need to leave the item and all packaging with our staff for processing).
Provide supporting documentation as requested. This may include proof of identity, a statutory declaration, receipts for postage or the item itself, and other item details.
Australia Post will issue refund to you, at which time you will be able to order a replacement item. If, for some reason, you receive a different item to the one you purchased, please get in touch and we can arrange a re-delivery.
Product care
Please note my products are handmade, so although the pieces are from the same family – they will not be identical. Each product is individual and imperfections may occur, which means the piece received may not be exactly the same as in the photo.
Colour and finish of the ceramics will vary between pieces which reflects the handmade nature of the brand.
All pieces are food safe and can be put in the dishwasher - but to ensure the longevity of your one off piece, handwashing is advised. Allowing the piece to air dry is recommended.
